NEW STUDENTS

Please complete the application, appropriate contract and ALL required forms. Email completed documents with your child’s immunization records to preschooloffice@NCUMP.org. NCUMP accepts payment for tuition & fees by check or via brightwheel.

CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS

Please complete the application, appropriate contract and currently enrolled forms. Email completed documents to preschooloffice@NCUMP.org. NCUMP will charge your brightwheel account for all tuition & fees, unless a payment by check

SUMMER SCHOOL

Open registration for Summer School begins February 5th, 2025. Please complete the Summer School Application & Contract. If your child is not currently enrolled or enrolling for Fall, please complete ALL required forms and submit immunization records. Email completed forms to preschooloffice@NCUMP.org.
